Lawrence Media Group has two divisions. LMG's Convention Services Division records conferences nationwide and produces CDs, CD-ROMs, and DVDs for meeting attendees. LMG's Marketing Services Division produces innovative multimedia marketing tools such as website design, custom messages on-hold (Ad-Hold) and marketing videos to help clients generate more leads and increase closing ratios. We help our clients create their message and then develop the most effective way to deliver it to their target markets.

Lawrence Media Group was founded in 1975 by Josephine Lawrence. Our company started as a conference and convention recording firm. We would travel to meetings and audio or video record seminars and sell tapes and now CDs. Currently we service over 70 conferences per year and we are now putting entire conventions on CD-ROM. From this division products like Ad-Hold were developed. In 1986 a client that was having us record their conference asked us to produce a custom on-hold telephone message program so callers could hear information about their conference while they had to wait on-hold for someone to take their call. This request created our Ad-Hold division where we service over 600 locations nationwide with such notable clients as Sprint PCS, Trane, Dupont, Tyco, and hundreds of independent businesses across the nation.

In 2002 one of our conference clients asked us to produce a video for their opening general session, as they knew we had experience video recording seminars. This request created our multimedia marketing division. We quickly saw a need for custom website design and quality corporate marketing videos and with our experience in putting conferences on CD-ROM we realized we had an expertise in an area that was previously untouched. As a result we created a video and multimedia production department that specializes in video production, website design and Internet applications to help businesses upgrade their marketing materials and gain a competitive advantage.

It is the people in our company that make the difference. The leadership is comprised of sales and marketing minded individuals that understand the "Customer First" Philosophy that is so important. We have combined best practices adopted from various organizations, consultants and clients and are developing a doctrine that we can offer our clients that delivers results. Most importantly we all know the challenges of running a business and the effort it takes to take a company from good to great. We changed our name from Nationwide Recording Services to Lawrence Media Group, Inc. to reflect our new identity in the world of innovative multimedia marketing products.
