We address each client's needs individually. You will find our rates reasonable, and our work excellent, professional and on time.

We price our projects on individual client needs. But our rule of thumb is to expect to pay anywhere from $2,500 to $3,500 for a custom site. Larger websites generally cost $5,000.00 and up. The factors that are considered when pricing a website project include:

• The amount of content already available and the amount of new content needed for the site
• The complexity involved with the site (Programming, Forms, Flash, etc) if needed
• The complexity of the layout and design
• The number of pages the site will contain

If you are interested in a proposal to have us produce a website we will initially set up a meeting to discuss your needs and information will be gathered to generate a proposal that will estimate the cost and the specifications of the site included in that cost.

Before any work is to begin, a 33% deposit is required and a written agreement will be signed. Once the layout is approved by you another 33% will be required and once your site is launched with your approval, the balance will be due.

Once work has been completed and uploaded, if there are any changes to be made, extra charges will apply at the hourly rate of $85.00. So we ask that you be very careful when approving the site. Naturally any grammatical or spelling mistakes undetected will be corrected at no additional charge.
